We are excited to have you in our Physical Education program at Ha Noi Adelaide school! Our purpose is to promote life long physical fitness, introduce students to different types of sports, and encourage positive interaction with classmates. 

Student who participate in daily physical activities are more physically and mentally fit, have better health habits, have fewer behavioural problems, and perform better academically in school.

The value of regular, daily physical activity is of utmost importance in this digital age, and during a time when you may be feeling the emotional and academic pressures.  Please understand that Physical Education is for all students, regardless of one’s skill or ability in particular sports.  Emphasis at all levels will be placed on effort and participation to the best of the student’s ability.  At Ha Noi Adelaide school we seek to foster healthy active living skills through physical and health literacy in an inclusive and dynamic environment.

Physical Education is "education through the physical". It aims to develop students' physical competence and knowledge of movement and safety, and their ability to use these to perform in a wide range of activities associated with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle.
